Hayden is a Vice President at Moontower. Prior to joining Moontower, Hayden was a Senior Associate at Treaty Oak Equity, a private investment firm focused on control investments in the lower middle-market. Prior to Treaty Oak Equity, Hayden was an Associate at Pearl Energy Investments.

Hayden began his career with Credit Suisse as an investment banker in the Global Energy & Infrastructure Group.

Hayden received a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
